Automotive supplier Moriroku Technology North America (MTNA), known locally as Greenville Technology, Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement with One Energy to add on-site wind and solar power at its plant in Greenville. The project will add one 4.8-megawatt wind turbine and 3 megawatts of ground-mount solar panels on MTNA’s existing property. Combined, the wind and solar systems will generate 7.8 megawatts of renewable energy, making it one of the largest on-site, behind-the-meter, renewable energy projects in the U.S.

III (“TRTL”) (NYSE: TRTL), an energy transition-focused special purpose acquisition company, announced that TRTL Holding Corp., a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of TRTL (“Pubco”), publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-4 (the “Registration Statement”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in connection with TRTL’s proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”) with One Energy Enterprises Inc. (“One Energy”), responding to the SEC’s comments on the draft registration statement previously filed confidentially.

Recently, One Energy technicians Josh, Kipp, and Mark put the finishing touches on our in-office display of substation components. The final steps included installing high-voltage cables to the insulators on top of these large, blue overhead support structures. This in-office substation display makes it easier for visitors to learn more about how these components work by providing a unique up-close view.
